1. For the multivitamin: Adults and children over 11 years are recommended to take 2 tablets and 1 capsule daily.
2. For the Wellkid Vit D Drops: For children aged 4-10, it is recommended to administer 10 drops (0.5 ml) once daily.
3. Use the provided syringe: Place it in the bottle opening, invert the bottle, and draw the liquid up to the 0.5 ml mark.
4. Carefully drip the entire contents from the syringe onto the child's tongue.
