Payment & Delivery
Orders are delivered throughout Turkey. After payment confirmation, orders are processed on business days and shipped via courier services. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days.
Payments are processed securely using credit or debit cards. Card details are not stored.
Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between Pharmanatura and the customer for purchases made through the website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of this agreement and acknowledges being informed about product details, pricing, payment, and delivery terms.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date. Opened hygiene or health-related products may not be eligible for return.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
