1. Apply to the skin 10 minutes before sun exposure.
2. The recommended amount for adults is approximately 9 pumps (~9g). For babies, use approximately 3 pumps (~3g).
3. Reapply as needed. If staying in the sun for long periods (e.g., at the beach or pool), reapply every 2 hours. If moving between indoor and outdoor environments, reapply every 4 hours.
4. Note that sunscreens, even water-resistant ones, lose effectiveness after 40 minutes in water. Reapply according to your sun exposure frequency.
