1. Apply to seven areas of the face and neck (both cheeks, nose, forehead, chin, and neck) and smooth over the skin.
2. Using circular motions, massage upwards towards the neck.
3. For the jawline: Gently tuck your chin in and hold the area under your jawline between your thumb and index finger. Slide your fingers upwards along the jawline from the chin to below the ears, applying pressure. Repeat three times.
4. For smile lines: Place your index fingers along the smile lines, holding four fingers together. Move upwards towards the temples, stretching the smile lines, then flatten and lift on the cheeks. Repeat three times. Finish by pressing lightly on the temples.
