1. Teething (Teethy): Apply externally along the jawline and on the cheeks.
2. Tummy: Massage clockwise onto the baby's soles and abdomen.
3. Dreamy: Apply to the soles and along the spine 20 minutes before sleep. Avoid the face and hands.
4. Tantrum: Massage onto the back of the baby's neck and along the spine.
5. Nausea: Apply behind the ears, on the back of the neck, and on the wrists. For pregnant women only.
6. Milky: Apply around the breasts (avoiding nipples) after each feeding. Not recommended during pregnancy.
