1. Shampoo and rinse your hair (preferably with No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo).
2. Apply an amount suitable for your hair density, focusing particularly on the mid-lengths and ends. (For fine hair, it is recommended to avoid applying directly to the roots).
3. Leave on for 1 to 3 minutes to allow the product to work.
4. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
