1. Shake well before use.
2. Hold the bottle 10-15 cm away from the skin.
3. Spray generously and spread evenly with your hands 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Do not spray directly onto the face; spray onto hands first, then apply to the face.
4. Reapply every two hours to maintain protection.
5. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, especially between 11:00 and 16:00, even when using sunscreen.
6. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
