1. Begin introducing complementary foods between 4–6 months, starting with small amounts and gradually increasing.
2. You can use it as a main meal, between meals, or as an addition to other complementary foods.
3. If you do not use the entire jar, close the lid tightly, store the remainder in the refrigerator, and consume within 3 days.
4. For hygiene, do not return any spoon that has touched the baby's mouth back into the jar.

Store unopened jars away from sunlight, in a cool and dry place. Do not purchase jars with bulging lids; the center of the vacuum-sealed lid should not make a clicking sound when pressed. Once opened, the product must be refrigerated and not stored at room temperature.
