1. Ensure hair is dry and unwashed. Mix equal parts of the Herbatint botanical gel and the glycol developer in a plastic or glass bowl.
2. Apply the mixture to your hair immediately using the applicator brush. For previously dyed hair, apply only to the roots first, wait 30 minutes, then distribute to the lengths and ends for an additional 10 minutes (total 40 minutes). For virgin hair, apply the mixture from roots to ends all at once.
3. Do not comb the hair. Do not store any leftover mixture.
4. Leave the color on for a total of 40 minutes.
5. After processing, rinse hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear, tilting your head back.
6. Wash and rinse your hair with a Herbatint conditioner.
7. Apply the Herbatint botanical hair cream, leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse and dry your hair.
