1. Your hair should be dry and unwashed. Mix equal parts of the Herbatint gel and the glycol developer in a plastic or glass bowl.
2. Apply the mixture immediately to your hair with an applicator brush. For previously colored hair, apply only to the roots first, wait 30 minutes, then apply to the lengths and ends for an additional 10 minutes (total 40 minutes). For virgin hair, apply the mixture from roots to ends.
3. Do not comb the hair. Do not save any leftover mixture.
4. Leave the dye on for 40 minutes. The color may appear different during development, but this will not affect the final result.
5. After the development time, rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear, tilting your head back.
6. Wash your hair with a Herbatint ampoule and rinse.
7. Apply the Herbatint plant-based hair cream, leave for 5 minutes, then rinse and dry your hair.
