1. Do not use boiling water. Fill the bottle to a maximum of 2/3 full with warm water (max. 80°C).
2. Hold the bottle vertically while filling to prevent water from splashing back.
3. After filling, slowly lower the bottle onto a flat surface to remove any remaining air from the neck until water is visible at the opening.
4. Hold the bottle by the fixed part of the cap, press the tongue firmly to close it securely.
5. Finally, ensure the hot water bottle is sealed and the cap is empty.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.
