1. Do not use boiling water. Fill the bottle only 2/3 full with warm water (maximum 80°C).
2. To prevent backflow, hold the bottle vertically while filling. Gently press the bottle on a flat surface to remove excess air until water appears at the opening.
3. Hold the bottle firmly by the fixed part of the opening and press the cap tightly until it clicks securely.
4. Finally, ensure the cap is closed tightly and the opening is empty to confirm a perfect seal.
