1. Before first use, read the user manual.
2. Do not use boiling water. Fill the bottle slowly with hot water up to a maximum of 80°C, filling only 2/3 of its capacity.
3. While filling, hold the bottle vertically to prevent water from splashing back.
4. To remove air, slowly lower the bottle onto a flat surface until water appears at the filling opening.
5. Hold the fixed part of the cap and press the tongue firmly to close it securely.
6. Finally, ensure the bottle is sealed and the filling opening is dry.
