1. Do not use boiling water. Fill it slowly with hot water to a maximum of 2/3 full (max. 80°C).
2. To prevent backflow, hold the bottle vertically while filling. Continue filling until water is visible at the opening.
3. Remove the remaining air by slowly lowering the bottle onto a flat surface.
4. Hold the bottle by the fixed part of the cap and tighten the tongue sufficiently to close it.
5. Finally, ensure the hot water bottle is sealed and the filling opening is empty.
