2. For Diffusion: Add 2-4 drops to the water reservoir of an ultrasonic diffuser for up to 2 hours of effect.
3. For Oral Rinse (Eucalyptus Only): Adults can add 2-3 drops to half a glass of drinking water for gargling up to 3 times daily. Do not swallow; spit out after gargling.
