1. Before first use, prime the pump by spraying once into the air.
2. Sit upright with your head tilted slightly forward.
3. Close one nostril with finger pressure from the outside.
4. Insert the nozzle into the other nostril, directing it towards the outer nasal wing (away from the septum).
5. Spray 1-2 puffs into each nostril, several times a day or as needed.
6. For children aged 4-10, 1 puff (0.15 ml) daily is recommended. For adults over 11, 2 puffs (0.3 ml) daily are suggested.
